Kenya Brahma Sabha Membership · Census
Membership Application

Before you begin

A quick household-policy check before the application form opens.

Please read this carefully — it explains how Kenya Brahma Sabha membership records work and why we only accept one registration per household.

1. One registration covers your whole household.

A household means you, your spouse (if married), and your unmarried children under 18. Whoever registers first becomes the household's KBS record. Both spouses do not need to submit separate registrations — your spouse's details are captured as part of yours.

2. If your spouse has already registered, you cannot register again.

When you enter your spouse's mobile number on the form, we check whether they're already on file. If they are, you will be told the household is already registered, and the form will block submission. You are not missing out — you are already on the Sabha's records as their spouse.

3. Children under 18 are listed once, by the parent who registers.

Children are captured under the registering parent. Adult children (18+) must register their own membership separately when they are ready.

4. Once you submit, you cannot edit the application yourself.

The Sabha Secretariat will review your application and approve or reject it. If something needs to change after submission — wrong details, missed information, life changes — please contact the Secretariat directly. Only the Secretariat can make corrections on your behalf, and every change is recorded in an audit trail.

5. Your data is protected under the Data Protection Act, 2019 (Kenya).

You'll see a separate DPA consent on the form itself. By continuing here, you only acknowledge the policy above.
